In the past, he has written for Rolling Stone, Mix, and Robb Report and the founder of the Frangioni Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to inspiring children through drums and music. Frangioni is also the author of the book Crash: The World’s Greatest Drum Kits, which is a visual journey through the world of rock & jazz drumming along with photography from iconic rock photographer Mark Weiss. Within Crash, you’ll see drum kits from musicians such as Carl Palmer, Neil Peart, Ringo Starr, Carmine Appice, Buddy Rich, Eric Singer, Keith Moon, Peter Criss, Alex Van Halen, Lars Ulrich, Louie Bellson and many more!
