Who’s our guest?
David McLane, creator of GLOW (Gorgeous Ladies of Wrestling) and WOW-Women Of Wrestling. GLOW has recently had a bit of a renaissance with the popular Netflix TV series based on the women’s wrestling promotion founded in 1986. WOW Wrestling, originally started in 2000 along with a relaunch in 2012, is owned by David McLane and Los Angeles Lakers owner and president Jeanie Buss. WOW inked a deal with AXS TV in June 2018 for a weekly show a part of the AXS TV Fights roster and just started their second season on AXS TV September 6th and will air new episodes each Saturday at 8pE/5pP.

WOW has been a groundbreaking women’s wrestling promotion with hard-hitting action and blockbuster drama since 2000, empowering women come from all different backgrounds and professions marketed as WOW Superheroes!

What did we talk about?
During our conversation, we talked about the importance of presenting the WOW Superheroes stories with truth and authenticity, the use of their feature vignettes, his time creating both GLOW and WOW, the atmosphere of a WOW show, and his awesome dance moves.
